Einstein's Everything Bagel with Honey Almond Cream Cheese

Overview

With Finals week quickly approaching, I decided to reward myself with another new bagel to try. As teased last week, I was very interested in applying my newfound joy of the Honey Almond Cream Cheese to my first love of the Everything bagel from Einstein Bros.' Needless to say, it was a very good experience. I was worried that the sweetness of the shmear and the savory-ness of the bagel would contradict, but it didn't! They both complimented each other very well! When eaten, the sweet shmear would hit you first, and be subverted by a savory aftertaste that made for an experience that should please sweet-bagel lovers and savory-bagel lovers alike! I think this bagel is universal in its appeal and should definitely be tried by everyone. The Everything bagel with Honey Almond Cream Cheese was everything I love about bagels.

More Thoughts

This bagel really is the best of both worlds and satisfies both the sweet-tooth and savory-tooth in me. There isn't much else to say! It works really well and will definitely overtake the Everything with plain Cream Cheese as my go-to order. Right now, I simply look forward to the next time I'll be able to eat this bagel.

Critiques

I, personally, have no critiques. Of course, I would not classify this as a sweet bagel, so don't go into it thinking it is. It has a touch of sweetness, but it also has a lot of other flavors that interact with that sweet honey as well. If you enjoy sweet bagels, it might not be your favorite, but I definitely think you would enjoy it.

G.B.O.A.T.?

G.B.O.A.T. Plain and simple. This is definitely my favorite bagel that I've tried at Einstein Bros. and one of my favorites that I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back to this bagel in the future.
