The bread so nice, they cooked it twice. Dating back to the thirteenth century, bagels have found a place in mainstream culture, as well as in my heart. There’s just something about a ring of dough that’s been boiled and baked that always hits the spot. And it’s not just me! Bagels have been a staple in the Jewish community for hundreds of years. Since then, it has evolved to become a regular item in practically every supermarket. However, I’m constantly wondering to myself, ‘Is there a better bagel out there I haven’t tasted? What is the greatest bagel of all time?’ Marston’s Bagel Blog is here to answer those questions. By trying every bagel I possibly can, I’ll eventually find the greatest one ever, crowning that bagel king of all others. But until then, I’ll have to taste and review every bagel I can find.
