Einstein's Asiago Bagel with Garden Veggie Shmear

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a contender for the new best bagel.

Today at Einstein’s, I ordered an asiago bagel with garden veggie shmear (suggested by @nicole.raegina). It was heavenly. The shmear reminded me of the jalapeño salsa I had last time, but with the spice turned back a bit. Nevertheless, it still had a small kick, giving it a wonderful flavor. And the asiago bagel? Incredible. This was probably the most perfectly cooked bagel I’ve ever had from this store ever, and it tasted great too. Of course, now to address the question on everyone’s mind: is it better than the everything with plain cream cheese? Frankly, it’s hard to tell. It definitely depends on your mood and your palette, but I would definitely recommend that everyone try it once. My usual will probably stay as it is: that everything bagel is just too close to my heart, but if I’m ever feeling something different, the asiago with garden veggie will definitely be my backup.
