Einstein's Blueberry Bagel with Strawberry Cream Cheese

Unfortunately, this will be my last bagel blog of the semester, as we all get ready for Christmas break. But I will say, it was a superb bagel to end on. Today, I had the blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. A classic that, even to my surprise, I had not yet reviewed. While I’m not necessarily the biggest fan of sweet bagels in general, this one has definitely swayed my opinion a little bit. It was really very good! While it was sweet, it wasn’t quite dessert sweet... more like a pastry kind of sweet. It really brought my day up after taking an intense college algebra final. It was also paired with a very delicious hot chocolate that was served at a perfect temperature. I wouldn’t recommend it for anything other than breakfast, but Einstein’s blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese is a sweet, fruity baked good that is perfect for a stressful morning on finals week!
