Einstein's Cinnamon Sugar Bagel with Strawberry Cream Cheese

Bagel o’clock hit today at a luncheon with Jessie. Considering I was eating with her today, I decided to try her usual order: Cinnamon Sugar with Strawberry Cream Cheese schmear. In the spirit of full honesty, it tasted more like a donut than a bagel, but nevertheless, it was enjoyable. I wasn’t prepared for how well the cinnamon-strawberry flavor combo worked, and was pretty surprised by the way they complimented each other. The bagel itself was once again baked to perfection, and while I myself probably won’t be returning to this bagel for a while, I can see why it’s a fan favorite.
